Hello, my fellow brother and sister!
Right now, I'm studying at UKSW in English Literature on year 3. I'm enjoyed every course provided in my major including Journalism this year. I wanna share my thought, why I decided to focus on Creative Writing and take the Journalism class.
First, I love to write anything, especially fantasy-style writing. Of course, Journalism needs to be actual and based on reality. However, I usually have a wild imagination and I want to write a story or poem or anything that is based on my imagination.
Second, I admired Najwa Shiab and Andy Noya. Both of them are clever, famous, and have their talk show. When I watch them, I feel motivated in writing. Who knows, someday I will have my television show that educated many people like Mata Najwa and Kick Andy after I graduate from this faculty.
The last reason, Journalism is not my biggest dream. It is two or something. I want to become a tour guide that travels around the world! So then, why do I take this class? A tour guide needs many knowledge and information about a place. Before I become a tour guide, I must practice my language. Usually, I will write first, then I speak according to my notes. It helps me to memorize and interpreted in front of the people. This is why I need to master my skill through this course.
